Lisa is great in regarding to finding the neighborhood and place you want. She showed me condos in different neighborhoods and took me around that areas so I can feel how it is like to live in there. She is also very caring and accommodate her time with my schedule. I was able to ask her questions and communicate my thoughts in time. Also she has good resources and transaction team which helped me settle my condo efficiently.

Lisa helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. We found her to be an exceptional realtor and were extremely happy with our experience from start to finish. Lisa is very efficient and effective. She takes time to listen and is not afraid of saying "this house is not a fit". And she's usually correct. We live in NJ and want to move to Philadelphia. We like Philadelphia but have very little knowledge of its neighborhoods. We found Lisa by combing through seller agents of local homes. Buying a house can be very emotional. Lisa is instrumental in reconciling our heart with our brain. With Lisa, who is a product of Philadelphia mainline education and daughter of a local builder, I can not find a better person for intimate local knowledge and true understanding of residential structure. We worked together every weekend. In a little over one month we decided on a great location and found the house we love to settle into. During the long tedious process of inspection/remediation before closing the house, she's always proactive and tactical in all communications with all parties. She's a great negotiator too. We are very happy.
